Job Description:

Basic Purpose-

Responsible for the collection, review and analysis of supply chain data to assist in maximizing the efficiency of warehouse operations. The role will assist in the development of policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure quality of service/operation and drive warehouse cost control.


Analyze operations data from various systems (including, but not limited to Enterprise Data Warehouse, WMS, eDTS, Red Prairie, Manhattan Slotting, Voxware, Truck-Builder) to identify potential processes and divisions for productivity improvement.

Assist in implementation of systems enhancements, and rollout new custom reports and scorecards. Train users at all levels of management and operations staff.

Create tools where the existing standard systems reporting is inadequate or when multiple processes / systems are involved. Rollout these tools, and train users at division and corporate levels.

Perform routine applications maintenance of Red Prairie labor management and Manhattan Associates’ slotting applications.

Assist various project managers and industrial engineers in ad-hoc support requirements.

Work directly with assigned divisions and functional teams to review and process exceptions for validation and correction within the warehouse applications.

Perform detailed analysis and distribute scorecards / KPI’s to stakeholders.

Travel a minimum of 40%.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Math or Statistics required.

Related Experience/Requirements:

2-5 years of progressive warehouse operations experience or equivalent experience with an emphasis on analytics required
